The good thingsAppreciation of doing such designs are wonderful because from where I can express more of my ideas and thoughts that brings more creativity with a good concept and good impression. Having that quality, bosses more reluctantly having a market effectively and more understanding the importance of hiring good people like me and other colleagues as well.
The challengesChallenges comes when sometimes you were not in good health condition, however you have to demonstrate that you are capable enough to do the job well done. Showing a positive outlook and belief that you were perform well enough to overcome difficulties even while you were under stress and finding to meet the deadline as much as possible. Not only just to finish the job but also with quality.

The good thingsI really enjoyed working at Lifesports Inc. The best thing about working here is the people. It also does not hurt that its a sports company! I think because the company is growing there are more and more opportunities for progression. As the company continues to grow, I expect things to get even better.
The challengesManagement definitely has a lot of expectations. I think this is especially because the company is going through a high growth phase. We are expected to own our work and meet deadlines, which is understandable given circumstances.
