    The good things* Camaraderie towards people * Needing time for improvement * Good opportunity to grow in Management and a good stepping stone towards your goal * A good starter Career in the Food Industry * A good opportunity to learn basic ways on how Food Industry works in the Philippines * They'll give you a good investment in training
    The challenges* Having tests all the time. * Have lots of deadlines to finish, along with the said test * What they say can sometimes, in fact, all the time, change * Have no solid word/s to hold on to. For example, if they say the report to be done tomorrow, the next hour they'll say they need it now, then you'll have to forcefully focus on that said report rather than the other task to be needed at hand on that day
