Less than 1 year in the role, current employee
    Compensation analysis, not well compensated.
The good thingsSchedule of work is flexible and early time in 6am-7am and time out of 3pm-4pm. Saturday and Sunday fix off. all Philippine Holidays are observed. Nature of job is more on analysis, challenging and not boring. Number of employees is small, less than 40. More intimate not crowded. (for those who hate working with so many people (you don't even know) in the same place. Located near MOA.
The challengesPolicies are constantly changing and some of it are not consistent. training should be emphasized since task is very technical. Compensation should be reviewed, and should be match with the workload or the complexity of the job.
