LC Avrasya Inc. is the corporate name of Leylam Shawarma. Leylam Shawarma is the largest Shawarma chain in the Philippines. Its unique recipes have been specially adapted from their Turkish originals to appeal especially to the Filipino palate.It all started in 2005 with just two outlets, but in a short period of time, the company has attained outstanding progress. Currently Leylam has grown to 130 Outlets nationwide reaching all over Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.Leylam’s stores, which are all company owned, ranging from food carts, stalls, food court locations, university canteens, special events and stand alone stores with more expanded menus and seating facilities.

Leylam Shawarma is a Turskish inspiration, and the owner is a Turkish. I'm the one incharge of our Raw Materials need to our products. I'm the one who place the orders to our suppliers. And check the inventory as well. And also, negotiating to our suppliers always if there are concerns, especially perishable items like fresh vegetables and eggs. There are times that we can't predict the prices especially fresh vegetables, it is because it's flactuating most of the times. But so far, I can handle it cause I have a lead time to nego with the suppliers so that there is no critical in these items in terms of prices. Sourcing 1 to 3 suppliers is helpful for me, so that I have an options incase 1 supplier cannot deliver or running out stocks. But the important is best quality and best price.
