Lack of benefits, you can only be rewarded a life and health insurance after 1yr in service (not after 6mos. upon regularization). Salary is too low for a job supposed to be the roles of two or more people (expect to handle two or more job titles but salary is good only for 1. ex: Sales Admin/Cashier; PDI/Liaison, etc.) Delay in the receipt of incentives even after collection of proceeds. Starting salary is too low and hard to get salary increase even after years of service.
