Quite good for fresh starter employees
The good thingsQuite good for fresh graduates or first time employees (Economically). Community of friends is well observed.
The challengesNot advisable for long-term employment. It does not guarantee raise in pay (especially in regularization and annual salary increase) and lacks in compensation/benefits. It does not tolerate growth and development and sticks with traditional method. Some of the management personnel is incompetent that affects the system and process of administration. Also, has weekend work (8am-3pm) and no over-time pay.

    Stressful
The good thingsGood environment. Thats all.
The challengesYes, community of friends is observe. But in terms of growth and economic return, it does not give satisfaction with the employees. Terrible management especially HR processing for employees. They are concern with the issues of employees but can't give definite intervention for the problems.

The challengesThe management and administration does not take care of their employees. The HR doesnt know what he's doing, and there is very low rates of pay. I wish i was saying this because im bitter, but it's a common truth.
