    Komatsu's internship is very substantial.
    The good thingsMy mentors are very well dedicated in teaching us as well as my colleagues are very friendly. The handouts and lessons are also very informational. Plus, Komatsu made sure that we are comfortable in our stay in Dasmarinas, Cavite as the accomadation is higly commendable. The daily activities are also well organized.
    The challengesNothing much except sometimes the work is indeed quite heavy

    The good thingsThe employers are very well accomodating. They assure their worker and OJT trainees like me are well maintained throughout the time duration of the work. Also, KOMATSU is a haven for newbies in the heavy equipment industry. They bring out the best in us by giving us equal and fair opportunities to grow and learn.
