Fine management but assess yourself if it is worth itThe good things- Willingness to learn
- Free food for lunch
- Secured environment upon working (the place itself, not in general)
- Team is approachable (depending on the outlet that you will be going)
The challenges- 6 days a week is nightmare (this depends on the outlet/branch that you will be going), leading to stressful days
- Low number of RNDs that are recruited per outlet
- Recruited RNDs must be shared with an OUTDATED PC
- No control on which outlet/branch will you be assigned, even if you wanted to work nearer your hometown
- Job description should indicate on where to work or whose client that you will be going (is it an office company, catering, or hospital?).
- Attitude check-up
- Too many complicated processes; a need for a catch-up (even you excel as a multi-tasker)
