    I had a great experience with the company.
    The good thingsI learned a lot in the internet navigation. I was able to speed up my typing skills!
    The challengesChallenge was, we need to send our answers in 2 minutes. For easy questions, it'll only takes us seconds but not for the ones we consider difficult like math problems!

    The good thingsMost of the management here are professional, open for feedbacks and employee can approach HR anytime.
    The challengesEmployment phase was fast, no room for improvement. Operations esp the account, do not value performers that much. HR Politics, hindrances growth. Director loves to recruit ex coworker from a manufacturing company.

    Great team, good experience
    The good thingsYou'll be learning a lot and experiencing a lot if you're proactive enough. There's also a lot of opportunity for self growth (again if you're proactive enough). The PH and UK teams are also very sociable.
    The challengesChallenging to work with devs (and even fellow QA) who aren't exactly willing to cooperate with you. Process doesn't exactly get followed most of the time too.

    The good thingsIts a directory account ,which is pretty much a walk in the park. Its also a very small work place with not so many employees that some may find cozy.
    The challengesI would say the facilities and tools of the trade could be improved not only for better customer experience but moreso to support agents in doing the job more smoothly.
