    KWS is a Great Place To Work
    The good thingsGreat HR and management team, very employee friendly, nice office - our aircon is really cold, the company has improved since pre-pandemic and is still improving this year with additional leave credits, has yearly increase (but don't expect much), additional free HMO dependent and many things. and WORK FROM HOME
    The challengesAs the company expand and grows, I think they should improve on the hiring process as I can see that some agents are just getting the work because they know english. Also, higher salary or salary increase if possible.

    The good things- Has a reliable HMO provider - Great office amenities that I rarely use since I work from home (cold as heck AC) - Great management (at least for my account). Very understanding with your concerns and are willing to give you leeway for improvement as long as they see your dedication. - Yearly salary increases. It is not much especially after the TRAIN Law was passed which technically absorbed my salary increases after the no tax threshold, but its good. - Great work environment. - Friendly workmates. - GAMES. GAMES GAMES GAMES. Board games? Video games? This place has it. No LARPing, though. - Office location has a good number of stores and facilities around it that you could use during and/or after your shift.
    The challenges- It is located on the off-side of Ortigas (Meralco Avenue cor. Julia Vargas Avenue). If you like walking, you'll get to the nearest terminals easily (ADB Avenue, Galleria, Megamall). Otherwise, you're in for a nightmare. - Again, it is located in Ortigas. Nightmarish traffic during rush hour.

    The good thingsGreat compensation package, non-voice accounts, game accounts that you are familiar with or even played, especially if you are a gamer.
    The challengesTeam leaders are at times lenient with misbehaving employees.

    Good and organized working environment but toxic IT staff.
    The good things- Organized department. - Lighter tasks. - Amenities like lounge, gaming room and sleeping quarters.
    The challenges- Toxic IT staff, cannot rely on the seniors and even their team leader. - Very far from public transportation, unless if you can make the shuttle schedule. - Political-driven company.

    Challenging because of the type of people that the company hires and the type of management as well.
    The good thingsThe workload is very fine. You are not pressured to complete a specific task within a short period of time.

    The challengesI think it is not the company but the people working on the company. I have experience power tripping but luckily they have an open management where you can report the supervisors directly.

    Too good to be true
    The good things- The salary is okay. - Spacious office is a good point, and that they have expanded even. - Most of the time, the temperature was cold (the tolerable and good kind). There are only few incidents I remember that the AC is broken. - They provide (more than) enough devices as employees needed. - They give birthday,Valentine's, and Christmas goodies.
    The challenges- Takes a long time for (some) tenured employees to warm up to newbies. And some of them will do anything to get you in trouble. Speaking of which... - Some of their clients could be downright obnoxious. If you get to be under that kind of client and they just feel like wrecking your credibility, good luck. The management won't have your back as they would be worshiping the client's gluteus maximus and kick out yours. It's like you don't have the right to defend yourself when the client tries to bring you down. The salary was not worth is as the management was terrible. But if you can make yourself invisible from this kind people and do great at your job, it's okay somehow.
