    I was discontented with my overall experience with the company.
    The good thingsThere are some incentives given occasionally.
    The challengesThese were my main concerns/challenges during my stay with company. 1.Some tasks given are not the responsibilities of a Graphic Designer e.g. -Being ask to buy items from the supplier cause of inadequate amount of storageboxes for their packages. -Taking ID pictures of employees. -Lifting of product boxes in the warehouse. -Sorting of products in the warehouse. -Lifting of Ecobags and Baskets for delivery. -Making a vlog for their product. 2.How to avail the basic company benefits were indefinite e.g. medicard applications for regular employees. 3.The hardware for graphic design was inadequate.
