    lack of job security and support from management
    The good things- hybrid setup (3x work from home, 2x onsite) - monthly internet allowance worth 600php
    The challenges- you'll start out as an independent contractor so you can just be terminated with 15 days notice period - no detailed feedback on why my contract was terminated - onsite work environment is poor; the workspace is open and there are so many loud people
