    The good thingsThe hiring process was great and smooth. As long as you're qualified, there's nothing to worry about. Working environment is also great. Everything's organized and the team has great collaboration.

    Good so far, better than expected
    The good things- Hybrid work set-up (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH every week) - Supportive work environment - Friendly and approachable workmates
    The challengesI hope the RTO days can be further reduced to 1-2 days per week, so as to decrease hassle caused by commuting going to and from the office, especially for employees residing outside Pasig City.

    The good thingsThe team is genuinely very accommodating and isn't overly formal while still being professional, ensuring communications between them, the client, and the employee remain stress-free. The workload I've been assigned to has been great for experience and easy to manage.
    The challengesThey handle a lot of newcomers so there may be some delays while getting started, but issues are resolved punctually.

    Overall, this experience has been the most professionally fulfilling engagement of my 3-year career.
    The good thingsThe team's strong support created an excellent environment for learning and growth. The projects were genuinely interesting and provided hands-on opportunities to use new methods and expand my skillset significantly.
    The challengesI think there is an opportunity to strengthen team connection. I have noticed in my first early weeks, there was not much rapport that was built within the team. Encouraging more consistent, informal team engagement could significantly boost collaboration and ensure everyone feels fully connected, especially with a WFH setup.

    Great Coordination and Clients, but Payment Schedule Could Improve
    The good thingsOne of the things I like most about my company is how kind and approachable our clients are. They create a positive and open atmosphere that fosters strong communication and collaboration. Their willingness to listen and provide feedback makes working together not only productive but also enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with clients who truly value the relationship, which motivates us to deliver our best work.
    The challengesWhat I don’t particularly like about my company is the payment schedule, as we almost always get paid exactly on the 15th and 30th, never a day ahead. It would be much appreciated if there was some flexibility, especially when it comes to receiving payments a bit earlier. This would provide a little more financial breathing room and reduce some of the stress that comes with having to plan around specific pay dates

    I like how I can get a work-life balance because of the remote work set-up and if I have any confusions and questions about the company policies and abouts, I can easily communicate with the HR and they answers my questions right away. With my teammates, I am also happy working with them because they never hesitate to help me out when I have queries about the works that I am given. Overall, I am enjoying my stay here, so far.
    The good thingsI like how the work set up is Remote that allows me to have a work-life balance. And also my teammates and manager are easy to communicate with and very hands on especially when there are things that confuses me at work.

    A company that gives a lot of opportunities for their employees to grow professionally and individually
    The good thingsKDCI has been taking care of us even before the pandemic. We were given a chance to join different seminars, training, and conferences. And now that we are on a WFH setup, they still provide seminars not just for us to improve our skills but also to help us maintain a healthy well-being. I felt that KDCI made sure that we are okay and helped us adjust to our current setup.
    The challengesNeeds to do more one-on-one meetings or coaching with the team members, especially with our current work setup, there are times that you will feel burnt out just because you don't physically see or work with other team members.

    From a newbie that feels taken care of by the company
    The good thingsI feel secure even with the on-going pandemic since nobody is being laid-off. We are still enjoying the benefits that we have pre-pandemic. Also, the transition from working on-site and off-site was very smooth. Seems like the management is prepared for these kinds of scenarios, we have policies already in-place when we transitioned. Love that KDCI has COV19 Vaccination Program!
