    It was a challenging experience and fulfilling.
    The good thingsThe things that I enjoyed working with Kaufmann Pharma are the people I met in relation to my job, like doctors, drugstores branch managers. They make me feel comfortable and connecting with them through business partnership agreements were fulfilling. building and maintaining good relationships was challenging but eventually developed my confidence and knowledge in dealing with highly professional individuals
    The challengesThe most thing that challenges me working with Kaufmann was hitting the target. Also, developing my subordinates skills and competency gaves me more encouragement to improve as a person and a leader of the team. Creating business relationship with the clients like doctors, and maintaining good relationship are also one of the challenging role as a worker of the said company.
