The benefits they offer are great but the task assigned to you requires you to work overtime always to meet the deadlines. They need to immediately to fix Errors.
The good thingsThe benefits they offer are great. The work location is an ideal place to work comfortably. Staffs and employees in other departments are friendly too. You can access their free linkedin learning if you have free time.
The challenges1.) While they offer work-life balance, the task assigned to you requires you to file an OT to finish it. It's contradicting. 2.) I feel devalued and my efforts are often unrecognized by singlehandedly managing a project. 3.) Too many restrictions on devices affect working effectively.

    Connection & Alignment
The good thingsResources are good - people in the region esp. the leaders are great.
The challengesLeadership in the market needs to be aligned to global and needs to listen to people and value the importance of COMPLIANCE. Attrition is high and health and belongingness or REST is not taken seriously by the market. Managers need to be trained on how to manage people. Overall direction, company objective is not aligned to the market's and the employees'

Consider yourself warned - you will need to sacrifice time and sleep for this job
The good thingsExperience depends on how much time or how willing your manager will be in training you... in my case, my manager was very willing to train me. Friendly office environment, will be exposed to top companies and will be actively involved in interfacing with client (for client service). You will really learn a lot! Good with non-monetary benefits.
The challengesLong working hours (work until wee hours in the morning) that you sacrifice family & sleeping time. As a service company, it can get pretty stressful managing internal stakeholders given that you need to please clients.

Kantar helps me to expand my skills & obtained lots of out of the box knowledge.
The good thingsGood things would be the people I've work before. They are truly one of my inspirations why I have to pursue and remain at the company.
The challengesThe greatest challenge would be public speaking through a lot of crowds. Though that's the part of my responsibility that's why I kept doing my best in every situation.

Great learning opportunities but not worth it
The good thingsPeople are very accepting and they have good programs for new hires. Learning opportunities are abundant and exposure to different markets helps a lot
The challengesDeadline and project management is something to be improved on. Work/life balance seems impossible given the hours and commitment you have to put in without OT pay.

    Working at TNS
The good thingsTNS' recruitment process was fairly smooth. Interview and exam schedules are set quickly and feedback is provided within a reasonable time frame. The company also had a structured induction program to help new hires adjust to their jobs more easily. They have a competitive compensation package, in consideration of the industry they are in.
The challengesCompanies in the market research industry have always been known to have a \"busy\" environment due to the nature of work. Long hours and a generally fast-paced environment is characteristic of the company; thus, it is always a positive challenge for employees to be able to keep up with the demands of the job.

    Daily brew
The good thingsEveryday is a learning experience. It is an immersion into an energetic and challenging work environment that sometimes leaves you frustrated and in tears, but in the end, you emerge triumphant and proud of your achievement. Goes well with the free coffee.
The challengesUnfortunately, working late most nights, no matter how exciting and rewarding does not go down well with babies and spouses seeking attention. Relatives and friends who occasionally want to chat or have coffee likewise add to the pressure and steal time away from work and detract from my workaholic ways.

The good things- TNS, a global company is a good provider in terms of workshops, learning benefits, market research culture and analysis. People from the research industry looks differently on you if you came from TNS. - The managers helps you get to the next level by sending you to trainings abroad and in local.
The challenges- The weekend work, no holiday hiatus, working 24/7 just to catch on all of your deadlines. There are time you would not know which projects to prioritize because they all have the same submission dates. But you have teams that you can closely work on to get the job done. Only it is waaay too tedious. But the end results are rewarding.

    A review of TNS Philippines
The good thingsHaving great mentors who molded me to become a competent market research professional who's passionate about research and helping clients grow their business; TNS Phils. also fosters a healthy, family-oriented working environment and cares about its employees' growth and development by providing opportunities for learning such as seminars and trainings; Overall, a good training ground for starters
The challengesMore benefits to employees and more competitive salaries should be offered; Promote more work-life 'blend' especially for employees with families, e.g. work from home or off-site, family day/ activities, special leaves in case of family emergencies
