    My experience here was very disappointing. For * years, I had to work with a team leader who was a micromanager. This individual always sought to outshine everyone, viewed colleagues as competition, and believed everything revolved around her. She would frequently monitor our social media, assuming everything was about her, and would shout at the team when upset. I’ve never encountered someone like her, which made my time here unpleasant. The worst part is that escalations are largely ignored.
    The good thingsFriendly employees, work-like balance depending on the assigned business unit though.
    The challengesFocuses solely on numbers, targets, and revenue, while management displays favoritism. They disregard your concerns, even when you raise issues about a problematic employee. They make decisions without informing employees in advance, such as adding an RTO day without allowing sufficient time for employees to adjust. They ignore raised concerns and would rather lose multiple employees than address the issues of one problematic individual.

    An excellent space for millennials, caring management
    The good thingsThe management committee really does put their employees' safety in this COVID-19 pandemic. They make sure that their employees are being taken care of. And they host free seminars and other interesting talks by interesting people almost every week. If you're willing to do a lot more than what's written in your job description, you are going to love John Clements.
    The challengesThe HR management could do better, and the salary scheme should be improved. Their upper limit for the metrics of the salary increase should be revamped, together with the benefits. It's pretty outdated. As for the management of each division, they're pretty much different from each other.

    Great working environment!
    The good thingsI enjoyed the overall atmosphere/culture of the company. Relationships among colleagues and superiors were harmonious. There were also lots of events made for the employees that the employees themselves organize. They also have an open door policy.
    The challengesThe only sad thing is the compensation and benefits.

    It was a great experience to work at John Clements Consultants Inc.
    The good thingsI learn a lot from my colleagues and the training that the company had provided. The culture as well is great, its like a family setting. Harvard training course provided is one of the best. The management is very supportive to the professional growth of every employee.
    The challengesIt's a recruitment firm and that is one of the challenge. Finding pool of candidates is a challenge because there are many companies out there doing the same thing. It would be better to have an ATS (applicant tracking system) even Taleo to have a more systematic way of doing recruitment. For more than 40 years in the industry I think its time for the company to embrace the technology in recruitment. I highly recommend an ATS solely for the company.

    The good thingsAs I was deployed to Deustche Knowledge Services from John Clements. my employer was good in making me feel that any questions or comments about the job, we can approach our external lead and wont hesitate to help me regarding the concern. It was nice of them to have seminars or meetings to be able to know more about what to do while on the job.
    The challengesMy first day was quite bad. Unfortunately, I went to the location where my job is. The date indicated in my contract was June 16, 2015, but on that day they told me that my desk or workplace is not yet available for me to get in, so they told me to go back by June 20.. as Ive remembered. sad life. wa sso excited that day but then....

    There were no personal and career development.
    The good thingsThe good things about this company are the people working for it. I have met people from different parts of the globe through this company. This is because the company has an internship program for foreign employees. I also like the location of its office as it is near public vehicle terminals and also near restaurants that definitely work out for my budget.
    The challengesOne of the many challenges is the lack of initiative from the managers. Most of the time, I was on my bottom watching Youtube as no tasks or any instruction was given to me. As an employee with integrity, I killed time reading about my tasks and about the company but this lack of initiative for my career growth just needed to go away. I seemed like I was wasting my capabilities and talents.
