The challengesOne of the biggest challenges I’ve faced while working at J&T Express is the long and tiring commute. I live in Taguig City, but my workplace is in Ortigas, and getting there every day is no easy task. As someone who relies on public transportation, I often deal with heavy traffic, crowded terminals, and unpredictable travel times. It takes a lot of time, energy, and patience just to make it to work and back home each day. Despite that, I still push through because I’m committed to my job—but truly, the daily commute is a constant test of dedication.
