    The good things and challenges of working for JNT
    The good thingsThe good thing about J&T Express is that they care for their customers and they really follow the company's policy and standards. If you have high interpersonal skills, then you'll get along with the couriers really well and it's fun.
    The challengesChallenges in working for the company; work-life balance turns to work-work balance. I had to wake up at 6 am to work from 7:30 am to 12:00 am. Admins receive penalties and deductions ranging from 500Php to 10,000Php for every mistake.
