    The challengesIf you're looking for structural engineering pathway, it's best to choose a different company. Here, you'll just be working mostly with structural steel if you're assigned to Structure Team.

    Good place to acquire knowledge and experience.
    The good thingsHas demanding works but very few manpower to share the load. There is a good avenue to learn from people who are great at what they do.
    The challengesThere is a sense of disconnect between the rank & file and the managers. People who are on the bottom almost does not have an opportunity to air their concerns.

    The good thingsBefore pandemic, company was okay but it's not the same anymore.
    The challengesDept managers were terrible. After giving all your best efforts, don't expect they will help you in any way once you file your resignation.
