    Work is stressful but what do you expect
    The good thingsThe work requires a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and overtime. If you are diligent and love to work, you will fit right in. The e-commerce space is no slouch and you will need to think on your toes. The company recognizes those who work hard and reward them appropriately.
    The challengesCurrently no extra fringe benefits unlike other well-established companies as it is a very young organization in the country. Hopefully the Philippine office can catch up to its bigger siblings in the region.

    Company does what needs to be done
    The good thingsThe company offers very competitive compensation package for the positions. Everything is being done for the sake of the company which is understandable because the entire point of my employment is to see the company grow and succeed.
    The challengesWork-life balance should be placed on a higher priority although it is understandable since the company is still small and just gaining steam. The company recently underwent a purge of underperforming employees and its been better since for the employees that remain.
