    The good thingsWhen Im rushing the paper works just to complete as quick as I can by thinking what will be the new way to make it quick
    The challengesWhen time of concrete pouring on site then the weather is not good and you have different option with your manager and the inspector to resume, it blows my minds but my heart is on my company I'll choose my manager for our accomplishment but also in a good quality just to make the inspector compatible

    The good thingsI love working here. They treat me as an important part of the company. They value their employee as much as they value their family. It is so amazing to find a good boss and a good company at the same time. Thank you so much for all the learning!
    The challengesOther employee accosted us to work more than 8 hours. It is our prerogative to work over time or not. As long as we do not have pending works, we do not need to work 10 hours per day. We must be efficient workers.
