    Decent job but not recommended for long-term work.
    The good thingsManagement is not strict when it comes to supervision and is transparent when it comes to issues. Very chill working environment.
    The challengesBenefits are the bare minimum. Little to no opportunities for career growth due to company's small size. Upper management (which is based in South Korea) communicates with us poorly.

    Perfect balance between chill and hard work
    The good thingsThe job itself is very rewarding. I learn something new every day! The company's work processes encourage the exchange of ideas and information, which I find very erudite. We work individually but learn together in group trainings and feedback sessions. The work environment is just the right amount of chill for creative and productive work. Management is considerate and open.
    The challengesBenefits could still be improved. The demands of the growing market mean that there is a need for us to be resilient and flexible, which can be a challenge for some employees who like things to be same as usual.
