    Good experience for my Internship.
    The good thingsEmployers in this company is so good. They will help you if you're having a hard time. They're also approachable, friendly and nice. I learned a lot from them, they will really really guide you and let you feel that you're not an intern but a friend and like a real employee.
    The challengesThe only challenges working for this company is having a lot of applicants but that is understandable. But it is really a good experience to work here. :)

    The good thingsIt was fun to work with other associates. Good environment. Lots of things that you will learn from the team or the company itself
    The challengesThe challenges that i encounter are formatting and installing Operating system pc or laptop with 20 to 30 units a day and when I transfer some units of pc from other building and setup lots of units for associates. But it is fun doing all this.

    The good thingsMostly, the people I worked with and my clients. I have a very good relationship with my clients and as such, I was able to implement a lot of the projects that I worked on because of this support. My immediate superior has also been a source of support and inspiration.
    The challengesI think it would have been better if employees are given sufficient compensation for the amount of tasks that are being given to them (which is normally way above the agreed job specifications) as well as the duration of working hours that are being spent on accomplishing tasks (which is usually always more than the agreed working hours).

    Itech is a fun place to be
    The good thingsWorking here is fun.. You feel like u have a family away from home.. Even though there are times that management and strategic goals seemed to be impossible, just because colleagues are fun to be with, working with itech becomes fun
    The challengesWorking 10.5 hours daily and sometimes you have to extend overtime without pay due to work load. Most of the time, strategic goals are not achievable..

    The good thingsManagement provided the support in whatever requirements needed for all the activities from financial, logistics and others. They are always open to change as long as it will benefit the whole company and makes sure that you get credit for such success on those activities.
    The challengesThey are very strict in procedure and processes, you cannot just circumvent it and later ask them to accept it. You will be asked to start again from stage one before you will be allowed to proceed. Technology is a big challenge on their part, their team usually would just stick to one technology instead of being diversified and if they find it's not their cup of tea then drop it.
