    So far it has a nice work environment.
    The good thingsBasic formal training is really good for new employees to ready themselves in the actual tasks.
    The challengesNot in a bad way, but you will be challenged from day 1 of your training where you will start to realize there are bunch of stuff that you can learn in this company/industry.
