Everyone in the team is dropping like flies. Beware of this toxic company. No work life balance. Below market salary
The good thingsNice part of the Metro where office is located.
The challengesMicromanaging is rife in the teams. You will be overworked and burned out without any thanks. They announced a restructuring to overuse tenured employees with new hires. So many newly hired employees because attrition rate is very high. Forced resignations and dismissals are normal here. Manager in charge can’t manage the team if they tried. Everyone in the team is dropping like flies. Work life balance and mental health are neglected here. Secondment is exclusive for favorite employees who throw aqy their moral code to worship the masters. Advice to Management Treat everyone how you would like to be treated and the whole team wouldn’t be falling apart. Stop putting everyone against each other.

Worst environment - very politicised. Very bad to mental health
The good thingsFlex working, complimentary snacks, private health. Work from home setup which is bare minimum for BPO companies
The challengesToo much politics, overuse of authority by managers and senior managers, nominal bonuses, way too much work for the compensation, no support from managers and upwards, only 20 days sick pay regardless if you get a heart attack, lobbying and not letting right talent come up. Toxic Work. Assigning more funds to less employees to overwork while being underpaid. Very bad for mental health

Poor Management. Toxic Work. No Work Life Balance
The good thingsHMO and Hybrid and nothing else good to say here.
The challengesPoor System and Management. Young need mature and reliable management team. Secondment means favoritism where office snitches are being sent to travel in other countries.

Avoid the company as much as you can. Toxic Work. Negligent on mental health of employees
The good thingsHybrid work arrangement privileges. IT devices are provided.
The challengesExtreme micro managing culture. The senior management will toss you like a spare employee in a team where there is a lack of manpower without proper compensation. The management always say that “we value our employees”. But the truth is, they don’t really value the hard work of their staffs which resulted to a high resignation and heavy work load for the remaining employees. They promised for a compensation during midyear review but ended up nothing. Advice to Management Do some real action in retaining employees

Works People to Mental Health Breakdown and Burnout
The good thingsHybrid work arrangement. Mostly Work from home with some RTO days
The challengesNo work life balance. Longest work shift worked was 16 hours in a day and a total of 88 hours in one week. This includes weekends. Holidays require work also depending on clients Demanding managers Substandard work equipment (company-provided laptops are super slow) Poor planning from upper management level and lower. Regroups are constant. Poor benefit package. HMO downgraded from Maxicare to iCare Advice to Management Plan things better. A bigger client doesn't mean better opportunities. Your employees are suffering from the huge workload and your systems obviously can't support the demands from these big clients anymore. Was a study done before these clients were signed on? Was it planned out which teams and how many people would do the work? Were the challenges foreseen? Do you have enough staff to do all the work? It doesn't matter that you were able to book a big client when you're unable to deliver on the agreement and your employees are having a hard time meeting the terms

Toxic Culture and Poor Leadership. not enough to make up for the toll it takes on your mental health.
The good thingsPay and benefits are acceptable. However, not enough to make up for the toll it takes on your mental health.
The challengesManagement is overly political. The environment is riddled with micromanagement, leaving little room for autonomy or growth. The culture is draining, and they seem more focused on control than fostering a healthy work-life balance. Not a place where employees feel valued. Guess it's called IQ-EQ because they literally suck both out of you. Advice to Management Focus on creating a supportive and empowering work environment rather than micromanaging. Leadership, especially at the top, should be approachable and humble to set an example for others. Reduce office politics and prioritize meritocracy to boost employee morale. Listen to your people, invest in their well-being, and work towards building a culture that fosters collaboration, trust, and growth rather than one that drains and demotivates.

Horrible company to work for... please avoid. Cost cutting at every area of the business
The good thingsOffice location and hybrid working.
The challengesEveryone here is very clique and there is definitely a social hierarchy. If they don't like you, they'll do their best to push you out the business. - Onboarding is horrible, you're given your laptop and login details and told to get on with it. - Almost impossible to move up in the business unless the person above you either leaves or retires. - Cost cutting at every area of the business - Diversity is also a huge problem. Advice to Management Fix the culture, pay people what they deserve and support their development.

Big 4 Firms Is Maybe Better. Work Here at Your Own Risk
The good thingsWFH Setup. Laptop and other work from home equipment are provided by the company
The challengesImmaterial bonus as well as increment and low to no promotion opportunities within regulatory compliance. Steep learning curve if come in without relevant experience/ background. Referring to a manager: Old school management style, practice of micromanagement, favouritism, double standards, erratic temper, poor management of emotions, makes you walk on eggshells daily, makes you feel small to the extent that you will doubt your own ability to even work + verbally strong criticism (“for your own good”). Avoid at all cost for your mental health.

Hostile Management, High Turnover, Toxic Environment
The good thingsGood HMO with 3 dependents covered Multiple allowances provided Hybrid setup
The challengesToxic new manager forced me out to clear space Backstabbing culture, zero psychological safety High turnover with no accountability for managers who power tripping No structured sourcing processes, constant fire-fighting Management rewards favoritism, not competence No career growth, only burnout and politics. Favoritism is obvious and secondment is the evidence where they send their favorite employees to wanderlust in other countries. They don't have output and they just splurge on travels. Always hiring not because of expansion but actually a toxic company where many employees are resigning. They don't care about employee welfare and attrition rate.

Attrition Rate Very High Because of Toxic Management
The good thingsHybrid Work Setup. 6x RTO. Laptop and external monitor are provided
The challengesThey assign more and more funds to less people. Recently most of the management decisions are towards exploiting the workforce, meaning more overtime and burnout. They reorganize the structure often to find better ways to exploit the employees, mixing new employees with tenured ones. Keyword is new employees because attrition rate is so high. Forced resignations and dismissals are normal here.

Too Strict In Timesheets and KPIs. Toxic Work Culture.
The good thingsHybrid set up, HMO coverage
The challengesA lot of micromanagers, too strict in time charging, almost perfect KPIs, unreasonable workload. The processes are too structured. Even the pettiest things needs to be done just to follow the SOP even if it means becoming inefficient. Gives you lack of autonomy and less opportunity to enhance your critical thinking skills.

    Toxic Work Place. Toxic Management.
The good thingsFree HMO for employee plus 2 dependents.
The challengesTerrible Experience. Toxic Management. Toxic Work Place. Office politics, and good evidence is that they promote employees that are socially hanging out instead of actual technical skills. Keyword: TEAM BUILDING. In some teams, senior accountants review the works of assistant managers. Managers here are only for the title and money, they are never working managers. Too much workload. Busy seasons can make some employees work 12 to 18 hours non-stop. Forget about work life balance and mental health. They assign more funds to exploit the staff level employees. Terminations and forced resignations and constructive dismissals are normalized. Attrition rate is very high and the toxic management ignores this problem.
