The challengesManagement is overly political. The environment is riddled with micromanagement, leaving little room for autonomy or growth. The culture is draining, and they seem more focused on control than fostering a healthy work-life balance. Not a place where employees feel valued. Guess it's called IQ-EQ because they literally suck both out of you.
Advice to Management
Focus on creating a supportive and empowering work environment rather than micromanaging. Leadership, especially at the top, should be approachable and humble to set an example for others. Reduce office politics and prioritize meritocracy to boost employee morale.
