    Poor employee Management. Overworked and undepaid.
    The good thingsIf you want to have experience in accounting apply here but due to lack of manpower you will be overwhelmed/stress every day.
    The challengesNo training. You’ll be working on Weekends as OT. No coaching of employees. Poor employee management. Low Salary.

    Endless Learning Possibilities
    The good thingsI joined HRMall as a pioneer team for it's new finance and accounting operations (new LOB for it's outsourcing business) in 2011. I am grateful that we're given the opportunity to attend actual training and business meetings with our clients in Los Angeles, California. It helped us learned the business model and processes of our assigned clients, thus, resulted to faster handover of processes.
    The challengesAs a growing LOB, team is growing fast and new clients with their processes have to be learned according to timeline. We have to double our efforts and follow client's working hours that means night shift, US time, for us. Yet, I find it all rewarding seeing the actual results of our work and good feedback from them.
