    Chaotic job scope, offset by positive work environment among departments
    The good thingsColleagues and subordinates are kind, wholesome and easy-going. Not very strict when it comes to workplace policies. Convenient office hours. Immediate superior is very supportive. Overall, very chill.
    The challengesConfusing and compounding job description. Workload is imbalanced. Facilities are below-average (borderline unusable computers, spotty internet connection, etc). Pay scale is below-average, yearly increase is hardly noticeable. Weak upper management when it comes to accountability, priorities are not in the right place. Meetings are uncontrolled and way longer than usual. Overall, unpleasant experience when it comes to the work at hand.
