    Great place to work with
The good thingsI really love working with Intrado. The environment is so light and most of the people knew each other. The open door policy is great as well. Very supportive managers and supervisors as I worked with this company. They never let us down even until the end of our journey with them. I will miss this company and I hope to find another company with this kind of environment.
The challengesSo far this company is very good at handling their people. I would love to work with them again.

The COMPANY that offers ABOVE-AVERAGE Compensation BUT Unreliable Company Stability
The good things- Above-average market rate - Opportunity to move internally - Above-average equipment for conveniently working at home or the office. - Office location (Wilcon IT Hub) is excellent and easy to navigate or travel to.
The challenges- Unstable company that often downsizes or cuts costs by removing some employees. - Management in the Philippines is just a decoy and puppet to the US Management - A typical BPO company with three shifting schedules regulated by PEZA; does not allow permanent remote work or even a hybrid setup. - The management is HARD to please.

A bit challenging, but I had a great experience
The good thingsI had a great experience with Intrado. I learned a lot especially from my manager who mentored me and gave me excellent pieces of advice on how to be more effective at work. She's one of the best people manager that you will find. The team that I've worked with were awesome as well. The company is updated with the latest tech in the industry and continuously upgrading especially this time of pandemic. They provide free online trainings and seminars that can help improve your skills.
The challengesThe challenge for me was the permanent night shift schedule.

One of the Best Companies to Work For
The good thingsI've been in other BPO companies and while West Tech (now Intrado) doesn't have lavish facilities like other companies, the workload is less stressful and management is easy to get along with.
The challengesIt doesn't have a game room or recreational room like other call centers. They can also invest in fun activities for the employees.

Career growth opportunities are limited due to incompetent leaders. (UC)
The good thingsLaid back and less stress working environment.
The challengesGossips are everywhere. Management is just a puppet from U.S counterparts. Leadership program is unclear. Politics is an established culture.

    High attrition rate
The good thingsThey offer an attractive salary to potential candidates. Good office location and responsive admin and helpdesk staff.
The challengesYou know there's something off with the company when the turnover rate is high. In my experience it's the lack of respect, poor team communication and very bad leaders and management. Some "team leaders" need to undergo intensive leadership and people management training. Respect is being earned. Its not included in your title. Don't be fooled by the high salary.

Good to gain additional experience, then go.
The good thingsA nice office, accessible location, friendly guards. My eperience here was good. The salary and benefits are also good for most folks. Pro tip: During the interview process ask everything you want to know.
The challengesYou will find a quiet and well-disciplined culture here, no gossiping and slacking off while working. When it's time for work you'll do nothing else but work. Not for the ones who want to slack and idle time, nor for the ones who cannot take criticisms (constructive or otherwise) because the SMEs and Leads have no idea of people skills. Demands are high and quality outputs will be expected of you as there is a quality to maintain. They lack company wide activities. Compensation and Benefits are just average. This is not a company that you will be working long-term because the standards and expectations are very high. You have to work really hard and extra if you want to get promoted. Also, they don't invest on it's people.

    A good company
The good thingsWTCSI (soon to be Intrado) is a good company to work for especially for beginners and others who want to expand their experience in IT. They offer challenging jobs and opportunities for career growth. Their office and working environment is nice. They have rest areas and shower rooms. The HR and IT responds to the questions/requests quite fast since they only support few employees. Employee engagements are encourage and the activities are just fine though I don't find it fun because too few people join these activities unlike other orgs that has a large employee base. Overall, it's a good experience, and a good company especially for starters.
The challengesWTCSI is an american company so most of the jobs here are fixed night shift. They are in a bi-weekly pay scheme (this is not necessarily a bad thing). Some positions doesn't have night shift differential pay. They only have few employees here in the PH (less than 300 I guess). There are high attrition rates in some departments. No holidays though you can have extra PTO/offset, but requesting for leave is quite a hassle. The office location is accessible but at night its quite dead unlike other locations such as ayala or bgc. Only few restaurants surrounds the area. Mapupurga ka sa mcdo at 711. They don't have food concessionaire inside the building. You can't have an idle time in the office and they are very strict at implementing rules and policies. The onboarding and training is meh, and stress at work is present.

    Fantastic! Stress Free!
The good thingsFriendly environment. Bosses here are approachable, Kuya and ate Guards are adding a good vibes before you start your day for their 5 star smile and greetings. Willing to help you whatever you need specially for important request. ***If you are planning to study,or if you are a working student, even taking a part-time job, this is highly recommended. Based on my experience being a full time employee and full time student is not possible due to changing schedules but nice people here make it possible!
    The challengesNothing do far!

    Satisfied with my job
The good thingsI've been working in the company for less than a year and I'm very satisfied with my career prospect. The management handles their employees really well and they ensure that the working environment is conducive for productivity. Opportunities are open to everyone and my colleagues are fun to be with.
The challengesEmployee engagement is encouraged although programs are yet to be established. The facilities is unlike your typical BPO office and instead has a more formal look so don't expect a gaming room or a huge pantry with a lot of concessionaires. It has a decent sleeping quarters and shower area, though.

The challenges- More employee engagement events

Fun working environment - specifically in Account Management Dept.
The good thingsAs a PM I managed my own time. I didn't have fixed schedule. I had global exposure working with internal and external Global Project Managers in EMEA, US and APAC. Although my job could be challenging and demanding at times, my boss and colleagues were very supportive and helpful. I always love our project meetings with clients.
The challengesWorking stations; during my time I had to share station with other employee. Lack of resources, e.g. Laptops, mobile phones and career advancement program. Local Management and HR team should also spend times knowing the roles and job description of each employee so they would fully understand their needs. Overall, WEST is a good stepping stone in reaching your career goals.

The good thingsSalary, Internet On PC, Facilities
The challengesBe prepared for a no-work/life balance and lots of stress. Management is poor in handling their people. There are times you wont be able to take lunch. Since this is a 24/7 job, you wont be able to attend the year end party or outing. In short; if you want to suffer. Apply now!
