Fun working environment - specifically in Account Management Dept.The good thingsAs a PM I managed my own time. I didn't have fixed schedule. I had global exposure working with internal and external Global Project Managers in EMEA, US and APAC. Although my job could be challenging and demanding at times, my boss and colleagues were very supportive and helpful. I always love our project meetings with clients.
The challengesWorking stations; during my time I had to share station with other employee. Lack of resources, e.g. Laptops, mobile phones and career advancement program. Local Management and HR team should also spend times knowing the roles and job description of each employee so they would fully understand their needs. Overall, WEST is a good stepping stone in reaching your career goals.
