    International Trainee Network (ITN) is a cultural exchange organization based in Los Angeles, California. It is dedicated to promoting the J1 Cultural Exchange Programs of the US Department of State under the Fulbright-Hays Act of 1961.The purpose of these programs is to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and of other countries by means of educational and cultural exchanges thus, furthering the foreign policy objectives of the US Department of State.ITN specializes in bringing international students, recent graduates and young professionals from around the world into the United States so that they may participate in these programs for average periods of 4 to 12 months. Participants are placed as interns or trainees in an American company catering to their field of study/work.For over 10 years, ITN has assisted thousands of international students, recent graduates and young professionals from around the world in securing the best internship and traineeship opportunities across the United States of America, particularly in the field of hospitality, tourism and culinary.About 5,000 Filipino students from six De La Salle institutions in the Philippines have successfully participated in the program within the last 5 years. The number of participants continues to grow every year.International Trainee Network has branch offices in the Philippines, Indonesia and India. Along with ITN’s offices, our partners in Romania, Switzerland, France, Turkey, Peru, Thailand and Ecuador provide participants with support throughout the process.The ITN Intern/Trainee Cultural Exchange ProgramThe ITN Intern/Trainee Cultural Exchange Program is a guided apprenticeship designed to allow foreign college and university students, as well as recent graduates to come to the United States and gain exposure to its culture while receiving hands-on training in U.S. business practices. For 4 to 12 months, participants earn first-hand experiences in their chosen occupational field.Our MissionTo provide international students with the opportunity to either jump-start or consolidate their career through internships at some of America’s most renowned and luxurious four and five star hotels, resorts and restaurants. Our goal is to offer an experience which provides valuable and hands-on training from some of the most experienced professionals in the industry.
