At first, I enjoyed working in ZARA. However as time passed, the responsibilities here is some what big and not worth it since not all the time your hard work will be recognized, there were also cases of ridicule when it comes to clarifying things. There were also cases of employees making fun of other employees due to being different. ZARA is supposed to be a place of diversity and innovation but it's employees displayed different forms of hostility towards new employees. The good thingsThe good things here in ZARA would probably be the mindset of working together as a team and helping each other out during sale or when there are high customer traffic.
You'll also gain different kinds of skills when it comes to fashion and learn skills on how to increase sales in the store.
The challengesEach day, you'll need to meet store quota and assist customers while maintaining your zone. Sometimes there are customers who would fight you over a 2 peso paper bag. Some customers are easily offended when you ask them the most normal questions. To also add, there are employees who are opposed to you especially when you are still a trainee.
