They are good at hiring, but some of the employees are noxious and most of them os the higher ups. Also, receiving back pay from them will take several months, including the COE. That makes me turn it off.
The good thingsI don't think so, although they move quickly during the hiring process
The challengesWell the people around me, mostly to thw managers inside the store. You need to move efficiently with flexibility.

At first, I enjoyed working in ZARA. However as time passed, the responsibilities here is some what big and not worth it since not all the time your hard work will be recognized, there were also cases of ridicule when it comes to clarifying things. There were also cases of employees making fun of other employees due to being different. ZARA is supposed to be a place of diversity and innovation but it's employees displayed different forms of hostility towards new employees.
The good thingsThe good things here in ZARA would probably be the mindset of working together as a team and helping each other out during sale or when there are high customer traffic. You'll also gain different kinds of skills when it comes to fashion and learn skills on how to increase sales in the store.
The challengesEach day, you'll need to meet store quota and assist customers while maintaining your zone. Sometimes there are customers who would fight you over a 2 peso paper bag. Some customers are easily offended when you ask them the most normal questions. To also add, there are employees who are opposed to you especially when you are still a trainee.

    An unexpected wrong career move
The good thingsIn general, Zara and the brands aim to portray a good image to its external connections. On a similar note, they are highly driven and exceptionally knowledgeable in terms of fashion.
The challengesThe company needs to improve in terms of organizational management. Aside from the lack of transparency and accountability, the upper management must also learn to impose rules upon themselves. In the same manner that they strive for excellence in terms of publicity, they should also, in return, aim to provide a good experience for their employees - no biases, fair treatment, and sufficient gains in terms of compensation and benefits.

As long as you do your job well, you have a high expectations, you deserve to be promoted.
The good thingsThe promotion from within, the continuous learnings about visual merchandising and new trends. The commendations that i received from customers because they are happy and satisfied with my service. The fair treatment for everyone.
The challengesDealing with different types of customers. We need to remain calm every time we encounter customer complaints. But we still need to help them to resolve their problem and bring home the good experience about our service.

The good thingsWork alone yes madaming bagay na maituturo si Zara(Ph) madami ako natutunan.. reporting; as in himay himay na pagrereport, sa visual merchandising; which is mas naenjoy ko, stress at pressure management and how to be more mature in facing responsibilities.
The challengesThey are not considerate to your location. Gusto nila lagi ang masusunod, maliit na bagay hindi kayang gawan ng paraan pero ang mali mo kaya nilang aksyunan agad! Hugot? Haha LOL

    Needs Proper Organizational Structure
The good thingsISCI is a well-known company mainly because of its brand, ZARA, and being under the umbrella of Rustan's Group of Companies. With that, employees are already empowered and distinguished. All the employees are also young & dynamic so we always have fresh ideas on everything.
The challengesISCI needs to have a proper organizational structure of positions. During my time, requests for manpower in the store was always abrupt and no definite basis. They should be able to set a standard manpower budget and be able to set positions officially. Another downside, we had no work-life balance. Even if our working hours is only until Friday, we still had to work on Saturday.
