Sales EngineerThe good thingsEventhough having low salary, it's my co-workers that made me stay longer. My work helped me harnessed my multitasking ability, prioritize work, manage time and self and handle pressure. I am able to talk and able to build business relationship with business tycoons, principal architects, owners and project managers which I think is a good trait.
The challengesI guess the best thing that should have been done during my stay at the company is to do and face things earlier. Like, if you could collect downpayments early on, collect it. Provide the necessary documents needed. Don't wait that it will just come. As my immediate superior always says, \"you make things happen\".
