    The good thingsoffers many benefits to regular and tenured employees
    The challengesToo old fashioned system....so many paper works and approval system for simple transactions. Most employees are tenured so they think the company cannot fire them anymore even though they just do minimum requirements for the position...some are just showing everyday on time and pretends to be busy the whole day

    The challengesThe salary is reassuring for a fresh grad but if your looking for a high paying job, this might not be the one for you. For sales position I guess this is good opportunity since they have sales commissions. Other challenges is you must have a strong heart. Be ready to brace yourself on the work pressures.

    Challenging but full of learnings.
    The good thingsNot a higher paying job but a more reasonable salary and benefits. Open for overtime work. You will experience engaging to different kind of people in different site. Salary is on time. Easy to file VL and SL. Give employees bonding by providing competion like bowling tournament and group performances for christmas party and anniversary celebration. Give opportunity to deserving people to travel abroad and attend trainings.
    The challenges6-day a week work. Stress level is high when it comes to committed projects on a particular turn over dates. Slow career growth. The office is very crowded and unable to provide a more comfortable working area. If you are qa/t&c you need to travel everday going to different sites. There are some supervisors who's very \"management side\" people. The management itself and other boss are hard to deal with.

    The good thingsyour co-engineers and your superiors will see to it that you perform well and will be of any help anytime you need one.
