Challenging environment
The good thingsOpen for questions or suggestions in case of emergency assistance. Most of the time, you have to figure out the solution to the problem on your own because being independent and with strong problem-solving skills are key qualities that you should carry to survive in the long run.
The challenges* This is a 6 day work week. Career advancement is difficult to achieve here if you are just getting started unless you are a very fast self-learner and versatile.
* Initial monthly salary is not enough to support a family. I understand that higher salary and other company benefits package are well-based on the employee's performance and positive contribution to the company. As long as you remain struggling to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a role quickly, consistently, and efficiently; your benefits package will remain stagnant for the rest of your tenure. This is where having an expertise in multiple tech stacks and fundamentals beforehand becomes essential.
* Expect working extended hours or holidays if you cannot finish the client's urgent requests on time.
