    DO NOT WORK. NO SECURITY AT WORK. NOT AN ENRICHING EXPERIENCE AT ALL.
    The good thingsrelevant safety standard for oil industry is not at par with the big 3. people just work without putting safety in the mind. very much less stress when it comes to safety compliance.
    The challengesimproving the safety mindset. install more safety accessories in the loading rack. install interlocking safety checks so as not to rely on human alertness. automation is the best way to go.

    Based on my experience, I would not recommend working at this company unless serious improvements are made regarding payroll practices. Timely compensation is a basic expectation and a core responsibility of any employer. The company should take immediate steps to ensure payroll is processed and released on time. Furthermore, those responsible for the delays should be held accountable to prevent this issue from recurring. Transparent communication and corrective action are necessary to rebuild employee trust.

    The challengesLate or Delayed Payroll: Salaries are often released late, which creates financial stress for employees. This inconsistency impacts trust and morale and can lead to dissatisfaction and a lack of motivation.

    The challenges1. Facilities affects employee inefficiency - Air-con ventilation were not equally divided in the working areas, they just select few to turn on for alternate days in a week - Employee working space were too crowded - Software used for working were insufficient 2. Purpose is solely business rather than mixed with employee development 3. Poor human resource management 4. Uncoordinated separate departments 5. Poor employee training 6. Hiring facilities were poor and insufficient - no spaces for numerous applicants 7. Free lunch and Snacks provided but employees prefer to eat outside sometimes 8. There are no KPI's for employee growth determination

    The good thingsFree Lunch. Closer than most IT hubs like Ortigas and Makati.
    The challengesSap team superior is hard to please and is not knowledgeable with back end. Could often be troublesome if they adamantly want it their way. The office area has no convenience store nearby. Work is from 9 am to 7 pm. Traffic is just as hard as everywhere else, but getting home from there is more of a challenge unless you own your own transport.

    Nice company but have challenging schedules.
    The good thingsNice workmates and twice a year bonus.
    The challengesAlways open on holidays except Christmas Day, Good Friday and New Year's Day. You don't have any option but to work. No steady salary increase. No performance based increase. It depends upon the discretion of management when to give increases in salary. (I have to wait 6 years before receiving an increase).

    Great opportunity
    The good thingsThey provide good working environment, different benefits like health and dental is provided once regular, leave benefits was good enough it enable you to travel without hassle minding you won't get paid. Employees are given opportunities to grow as the company give free seminars and training to the employees. Also thinking about your budget for meals won't be hassle for you anymore the company provides meals for its staffs. Different activities is done every month to boost the moraleof the employees.
    The challengesthe company is good enough to work with it.
