    The good thingsWhat I liked the most about this company is the people and positive work environment. Everyone here are very supportive, helpful, and friendly that makes our workloads at ease.

    Insular Life is a good company with good benefits and compensation for employees.
    The good thingsI already found a workplace with a work life balance. No work calls on weekends and I was able to log out at exactly 4PM. When it comes to benefits -- the salary, bonuses, and health care benefits are great!
    The challengesIn sales department, it's tiring to always have changes in the organizational structure every year. Insular Life have to catch up with other insurance companies that have digital platforms for groups. When it comes to medical benefit, I really prefer an HMO plan but the good thing about the reimbursement type of plan is that I don't need to waste my time falling in line just to get LOA for consultation.

    It is really a good opportunity to work in Insular Life. Most of the people are nice and easy to work with. I also like that there our Human Resources department is not only into the career growth of each employee, but they are also after the employee's personal growth as well.
    The good thingsIf there's one thing that I will always remember InLife about is that it has given me the work-life balance that I am looking for with an employer. As a working mother, it is important to find a company that provides this work-life balance and an opportunity for career advancement.
    The challengesI did not experience many challenges when in the company or whenever I experience one, I always find someone whom I can rely on to ask for support and guidance.
