It has a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and integrity, and I really appreciate the hybrid work setup. The environment encourages teamwork and open communication, which helps me feel connected and supported. InLife also shows its commitment to ethical practices and community involvement, making it a great place to work.
The challengesAs a contractual employee, I truly value the opportunity to work at InLife and contribute meaningfully, but I’ve also encountered challenges such as job insecurity, limited access to benefits and career development opportunities, restrictions in participating in some company activities, and the need to constantly prove my value amid unclear expectations. There are occasional gaps in leadership expertise for the managers, which sometimes result in over-reliance on subordinates and blurred accountability during high-level discussions.
