    The good thingsOffice location is nice; easy to commute to and lots of convenience stores and coffee shops in the area.
    The challengesThere is really no chance for career growth and you are dealing with some bosses who don't know what they are doing. The salary is disrespectfully low, especially considering the things they will ask you to do -- even those out of your job description.
