    In Inspiro, I was able to remember that a job is not always experienced in a hard way.
    The good thingsThe environment there motivated me to do more than what's my job description. In addition to that, I am surrounded by very supportive and kind Team Leaders, which is the reason for me to be assured that I have something to go back to whenever I search for companies in BPO industry.
    The challengesNone so far. I enjoyed my whole journey at Inspiro.

    the working environment is good but other factors affect our works.
    The good thingsThe training period is quite long so we've learned a lot of things from our trainers
    The challengesthe time requirements because it is required to render overtime even if you are a newly hired agent and you are expected to have at least 95% QA evaluation

    The challengesLow salary. We were always working overtime. Managers love to micromange. We were even working during holidays. If you love yourself, don't apply here.

    The good thingsteam leaders are good trainers and most of them are understanding specially in a senior citizen like me.
