    In Inspiro, I was able to remember that a job is not always experienced in a hard way.
    The good thingsThe environment there motivated me to do more than what's my job description. In addition to that, I am surrounded by very supportive and kind Team Leaders, which is the reason for me to be assured that I have something to go back to whenever I search for companies in BPO industry.
    The challengesNone so far. I enjoyed my whole journey at Inspiro.

    the working environment is good but other factors affect our works.
    The good thingsThe training period is quite long so we've learned a lot of things from our trainers
    The challengesthe time requirements because it is required to render overtime even if you are a newly hired agent and you are expected to have at least 95% QA evaluation

    I would'nt recommend this company. Low salary plus people are very incompetent and unprof. Worst thing is they seem to have their own version of labor laws. No wonder they have so many complaints.

    The good thingsI enjoy working in Inspiro cause they have Work From Home setup that much suitable on me.
    The challengesWhat I Didn't enjoy the most to Inspiro was they only hired applicant only just for seasonal account, once the ramp is over your contract will be done also.

    The good thingsOur Client and Operations Manager is very understanding especially to working students - this is unusual to BPO Companies. They allow you to submit your class schedule, and they'll adjust to your preferred work time. Seeing that other BPO Companies, tend to have strict and bossy Team Leaders, what we've got have turn the tables!
    The challengesIt is understanding that time is essential, so when you're late - it will be deducted to your salary and your reliability as well. It never allows you to take back time though you'll be working over time. But that's okay!

    We need to wait for 30 days to get our full last pay and we all have disputes.
    The good thingsAltho it's just a seasonal wfh, I really learned a lot since I'm a first timer. I met many team mates and we built a good bond. I gained experience.
