    The good thingsMy Good thing in this company is can start work quickly, especially to all training can start quickly w/o requirements

    Makes you work more than what you applied for
    The good thingsColleagues, deadlines of work, nice boss
    The challengesWork load beyond the job I applied for (I applied as a Graphic Designer but I also work as a Social Media Handler, PR Associate for brands, as well as CSR and Tech for brands at Lazada and Shopee accounts). Benefits are not as great at all. Increase after regularization is small as you can think of. They don't value the great work you brought to the brands and see longevity stay at the company to deserve a raise.
