    The good thingsNone, i had a friend of mine who work at your company, poor services, Not approchable staff, Doesn't care their employees.
    The challengesNo choice, bad experience, in terms of auditing items, always charge employee for the losses that they don't get.

    Makes you work more than what you applied for
    The good thingsColleagues, deadlines of work, nice boss
    The challengesWork load beyond the job I applied for (I applied as a Graphic Designer but I also work as a Social Media Handler, PR Associate for brands, as well as CSR and Tech for brands at Lazada and Shopee accounts). Benefits are not as great at all. Increase after regularization is small as you can think of. They don't value the great work you brought to the brands and see longevity stay at the company to deserve a raise.

    The good thingsInspira Prime is a company that challenges its employees to be the best that they can be. The company gives enough opportunities to its employees to grow and develop in their chose career path. They teach their employees good values, and helps in the development of their employees skills. The company managers and owners are very hands on with their employees making sure that every employee is able to contribute something value adding to the business. As the company grows, the employees grow too.
    The challengesRegardless of what company you work for, I think that challenges are really inevitable. The projects given to the company's employees are challenging itself but it helps the employees grow, think critically and really contribute to the development of the company. Overall, the challenges in the company are manageable.
