    Though it is hard to work in an office with politics and favoritism environment, you will learn from this company. Other companies will see your value and worth when you explore career opportunities outside IM.
    The good thingsLearning new things, company-sponsored trainings, friendly colleagues, and average compensation package for a shared service company.
    The challengesCompany politics, favoritism, and heavy workloads. Promotion is almost impossible if you are not that "favorite" to get it. The company is continuously undergoing organizational restructuring and cost-cutting programs, which means they are cutting jobs.

    Very low pay, too many restrictions with outrageous metrics/kpi. Raise is too low to none. Worst managers doing the micromanaging, an obvious approach of someone who doesn’t really know how to lead or manage.

This, combined with stagnant growth, minimal compensation, and unclear roles, makes exploring alternative workplaces a prudent choice for those seeking a more equitable and dynamic environment.

    The good thingsI experienced the corporate world with excellent employee engagement while rendering internships. I wish I can go back here as a regular employee of Ingram Micro Philippines.
    The challengesWorked as web developer support in the Degitilized department under Mike Huang. My supervisor allows me to engage any department and participate with the new or old projects.     Great jumpstart for a career
    The good thingsGreat culture, environment, and they have a bidet! :) It was a great company for fresh grads to be welcomed in the corporate world.
    The challengesChallenges would be working while there's a typhoon, working night shift, not having a flexi-sched. But this is all understandble as there are business needs and it's all part of the job.
