    Though it is hard to work in an office with politics and favoritism environment, you will learn from this company. Other companies will see your value and worth when you explore career opportunities outside IM.
    The good thingsLearning new things, company-sponsored trainings, friendly colleagues, and average compensation package for a shared service company.
    The challengesCompany politics, favoritism, and heavy workloads. Promotion is almost impossible if you are not that "favorite" to get it. The company is continuously undergoing organizational restructuring and cost-cutting programs, which means they are cutting jobs.

    Very low pay, too many restrictions with outrageous metrics/kpi. Raise is too low to none. Worst managers doing the micromanaging, an obvious approach of someone who doesn’t really know how to lead or manage.

    The good thingsGood things are free 1 dependent. Competitive salary. Open door policy. Chill work place.
    The challengesSo many KPIs to attain. And so many production engagements happening that the associate will have to get back to work after such engagement activities even it is out of their shift! No OT pay for this I believe. What I don’t like is, you need to participate in production engagement activities if you don’t want to specially if you are a new hire. You will be the one to represent your team for a production floor competition activities.

    The good thingsThey allow room for growth. The salary is competitive compared to other centers. The yearly PTO conversion is a nice bonus to look forward to. But I'm not sure if it will still be there in the coming years.
