    The good thingsManagers are awesome and will acknowledge every effort you have made for the company. A lot of projects to choose to work on and if you don't like where you are assigned you can request to be moved. Overall the company cultivates a relaxed, respectful, and professional environment. The workload is as expected and I have never experienced being burned out.

    The good thingsVery accommodating people. Working here doesn't make you feel like you're just working for the sake of working. It makes you feel valued and that your contributions matter. There are also lots of engagement activities department- and company- wide. They also give so many opportunities for promotion and career advancement, in terms of soft/hard skills training. What I also like is that they offer annual bonus and salary appraisal.
