Great Culture and BenefitsThe good thingsI really enjoyed staying at Infor. The management is great and there's like promotion at least after 2.x years in a role if you're doing good as I've observed it to be. That is at least in the Department I was assigned to. People are great and friendly. WFH is also an option and flexible hours as well.
High compensation and benefits plus allowances. Occasional overload of work but not really often. Management doing a great job of balancing the tasks vs resource availability.
The challengesDepending on the department you will be assigned to, some technology are legacy or a bit old but there's also Software Engineering or R&D groups working on new technology.
