Work life balance is unconsciously apparent in the environment and culture, you expect busy or stressful days, but all in all manageable due to leaders supporting output based performances.
The challengesThe company has gone through a lot of changes after the Koch acquisition: management, policies, principles, etc. A lot of good came of it, that is a guarantee, however, the fast paced change or cycle of management is more than jarring for an offshore employee.
In the last 2 years, annual merit increase process is dependent on impactful performance which is a little challenging as it depends on overall perspectives of business and employee.
