Boss just give online trainings then blame employees on things they still don't know. No teaching
The good thingsNothing good here get out and don't apply
The challengesBoss is super condescending, lazy, drinking while on duty and saying unprofessional words and unethical behaviour

You can apply here to elevate your salary.
The good thingsThey offer competitive salary but the benefits are not that much of a big deal except the HMO. HMO has a big limit and 1 dependent is free.
The challengesThere's not much of a growth. There are no performance benefits. Also, salary raise is not that frequent even though your performance is on top.

Managers often micromanage, lack effective people management skills and are incompetent.
The good thingsThe salary was a bit aligned with the market, WFH opportunity and Leave conversion
The challengesManagers often micromanage, lack effective people management skills and are incompetent, focusing on negatives instead of recognizing employee contributions. This environment limits opportunities for career growth, bonuses, and salary increases. It's better to look for another company.

it was a great company even tho of the challenges
The good thingsPerfect for fresh graduates, can use the company as stepping stone. Has high competitive salary (specially for fresh grads) Workplace is great (has bidet) Perks and Benefits are good
The challengesYou need to be jack of all trades. Redundant tasks Most of the work is just to maintain existing applications (bug fixing)

    Good workplace but high expectations.
The good thingsGood office environment. Meets expectations when it comes to technology and development work.
The challengesWorkload is imbalance. Need to be a jack-of-all-trades type of person. Assigning you ad-hoc tasks that are not suited to your skills and not meet your assigned duties and responsibilities. Heavy politics. Very competetive, high-standard, not-so-friendly, and toxic workmates. Management expectations is high.

Outdated tech stack and poor documentation practice...
The good things- High/competitive starting salary - Location - Good office building
The challenges- Uses obsolete/old tech stack for their core systems - Heavy work politics - Slow promotion - Unclear management direction - Not many opportunities for growth - Documentation is a nightmare.

This company is recommended for people who want to learn more about IT
The good thingsThe people, work environment and the software is fascinating. I learned new things and developed as a person working for Infor
The challengesHard to analyze incidents and how to solve them, but the managers and leads are amazing and do

    Challenging but rewarding
The good thingsOpen opportunities for lateral or career changes is welcome and I have personally experienced. Work life balance is unconsciously apparent in the environment and culture, you expect busy or stressful days, but all in all manageable due to leaders supporting output based performances.
The challengesThe company has gone through a lot of changes after the Koch acquisition: management, policies, principles, etc. A lot of good came of it, that is a guarantee, however, the fast paced change or cycle of management is more than jarring for an offshore employee. In the last 2 years, annual merit increase process is dependent on impactful performance which is a little challenging as it depends on overall perspectives of business and employee.

    Terrible management to work with
The good thingsAbove average salary. Good benefits, though most of it are taxable.
The challengesClose minded management. So many improvements needed yet suggestions are not heard. Management commits too much, lack of project management skills.

Company that offers true work/life balance
The good thingsFriendly people, good culture. The company does its best to provide good careers to its employees.
The challengesSalary is not the best on the market but already average to above average (depending on the position). Given the work/life balance which gives you sanity and good mental health, you will find it difficult to leave, unless you're really looking for a higher salary.

Great...but needs improvement in "Stewardship" for Holiday coverage
The good thingsThis company allows flexibility for work-from-home even pre-pandemic. Employees are provided salaries and ensures all the team members are well- appreciated. The team I belong to is positive and collaborative.
The challengesThe only thing I hope the company can review is not to always allow only Philippine support team to cover for Holidays and weekends. It seems always the only Manila team is required to support on Holidays. I hope the review this to show real "Stewardship" globally.

No work-life balance and toxic team members
The good thingsEmployees are well-compensated with good salaries and benefits Flexible work schedule
The challengesNo work-life balance (12 hr shift, 6 days a week) Co-workers are highly competitive instead of being collaborative Career growth can get stagnant due to their proprietary tech stacks Culture and nature of work can cause burnout

Enjoyed working with Infor PSSC, Inc.
The good thingsCompany considers employees welfare and capability in delivering expected tasks.
The challengesWith pandemic KPI's became more stricter and work became more demanding. It might be because of the work from home set-up.

    Poor overall benefits
The good thingsFlexible work from home Good work/life balance
The challengesNo performance bonus (so you better hope that you are satisfied with your salary already) No wfh allowance (either for equipments or subsidy) Didn't get an annual due to company was bought by koch which is unfair for those who didnt meet the cut-off date by just a few months Slow career growth which the interviewer did mentioned

    Great Culture and Benefits
The good thingsI really enjoyed staying at Infor. The management is great and there's like promotion at least after 2.x years in a role if you're doing good as I've observed it to be. That is at least in the Department I was assigned to. People are great and friendly. WFH is also an option and flexible hours as well. High compensation and benefits plus allowances. Occasional overload of work but not really often. Management doing a great job of balancing the tasks vs resource availability.
The challengesDepending on the department you will be assigned to, some technology are legacy or a bit old but there's also Software Engineering or R&D groups working on new technology.

The good thingsMy project that I was assigned to had a process that is well stablished. My Manager is very supportive for the employees' career growth, he is very kind and understanding. Semi flexi schedule makes the work less stressful.
The challengesI haven't experienced any difficulties here.

The good thingsI lasted more than a decade with Infor that says a lot already. Infor is a great company with great benefits, competitive salary, considerate to their employee's needs and well being. Thanks for everything Infor!
The challengesThe work stress and work life balance varies on the product/team you will be assigned to.

    Fruitful and Rewarding
The good thingsA work environment conducive to learning and offers competitive salary as of writing
The challengesAs of writing the only challenge is to keep up with the fast paced and aggressive use of technology. But I think that's a plus too for people who wants to learn.

    High Salary and Good benefits
The good thingsSalary and benefits is above average. Depending on the team/product, the workload can be pretty relaxed. I'm lucky to be part of a not so busy and demanding team. AND FREE COFFEE. :)
The challengesProduct training is lacking, coordination with other teams is not smooth, the response of HR Manila Team with the COVID-19 pandemic is unsatisfactory and there's minimal room for growth in terms of expanding your knowledge with other technologies.
