    No HMO during Pandemic
    The good thingsNo HMO, They use tap water for drinking, No Shuttle service for employee in times in first hit of Pandemic. Poor Internet Connection, Only Contractual and after the contract finish they will reset all the incentives given from old ones
    The challengesNo help from management no free food no perks poor place , many cockroaches in the pantry , bad people

    My experience with this company is unforgettable as it was my first job.
    The good thingsThe culture within this group is unlike any other, just basing with my own experience. The bosses I would say are too attached to their staffs. There should still be a level of distinction between the employer and employee.
    The challengesAgain, based from my experience couple of years ago, job might not pay as much as the other call centers before. Maybe now they have improved this process and salary might now be competitive.

    Boss and Staff are Friendly
    The good thingsI've been in this company for more than a Year now and I can say that it's one of the good company that I've been so far. Salary is on time.. no dispute. You will get what you've worked for. Staffs are friendly.
    The challengesThe working environment is a bit lonely because of a few agent. Maybe because they are all at night shift and I'm in morning shift. hehe

    The good thingsThe employees feel more comfortable with voicing their ideas since it implies that you are more than willing to hear them. This type of policy can also encourage your employees to voice concerns they may have. Plus competitive package and performance bonuses
    The challengesActivities and out-door fun that promotes employee engagement. Though they have weekly and monthly performance awarding, it is still best to unwind with your colleagues in an out-of-town adventure or probably just anywhere outside office.
