It's good but nothing moreThe good thingsThey know how to make every employer secured, they have constant communication with every individuals working. They make sure that the employee's concern will be heard and shared to the top management.
The challengesThey listen, yes. They know how to communicate, yes. What I don't like with the company. They're making the employees arrange stuffs that should be done by the company people, like the registering of atm cards. They help us, the listen, but they did not appreciate us nor give us better credits.
