    I’ve been working here for four years, and during that time, I haven’t received any salary increase. There’s been no recognition for my tenure, and the only raises I’ve seen are tied to government mandates. Additionally, the processes related to salary distribution and addressing employee concerns are progressing very slowly, which has been frustrating.
    The good thingsMy team makes the work enjoyable and straightforward. This environment has significantly enhanced my communication skills, and interacting with customers from different nationalities has been a rewarding experience while working here.

    My seven years at this company have been filled with hope, but also marked by a lack of appreciation, no salary increase, and a sense of discouragement. This is due to the absence of adequate compensation and the lack of career growth, which made me feel stuck or at a dead-end point. However, some reason I stayed was because of the team I worked with, the valuable experience I gained, and the sense of being part of an organization that helped me hone my communication skills, deepen my product knowledge, and provide excellent service and technical troubleshooting.

Management did not value employees & lacked engagement with them. workload constantly increased, required to take on multiple roles & task due to the lack of designated employees.     The challengesWhen it comes to handling troubles, the support we receive takes too long or nothing at all. No actual training. Lack of employees. More workload than what you signed up for. Minimum wage does not increase upon regularization, being a certified Apple tech, or reaching more than a year at work.

    I worked in a retail company for more than 5 years already.
    The good thingsI believe on apple products, durability, ease of use its ecosystems that love to share my experiences and knowledge to different walks of people.

    About technology
    The good thingsthe company offer a very good job, friendly staff, useful benefit and listen to our basic concerns. somehow, there are things that need to be improve. (good relationship to co-workers.)
    The challengesnot a bad challenge but the company encouraged you to learn more ideas about the product. mostly challenging are the customer you encounter, different type of personality, sometimes your patient is being tested.
